The candidate will have a strongbackground in managing projects and adhering to processes and methodicalapproach, while being flexible in working with stakeholders and proposingsolutions within a given framework.
Hands-on experience with emailmarketing applications, preferably Marketo, and an in-depth knowledge of emailmarketing, is highly preferred, as it will support the campaign deploymentefforts and guide the marketers towards campaign maturity and optimization.
This resource will be required to work withstakeholders in co-ordinating and implementing Marketo across various regions.The resource would be expected to do 75% project coordination and 25% Marketotool related work while supporting the BMC team in implementing Marketo acrossthe globe.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices is a must, including marketing automation concepts, such as lead generation, customer journey, lead nurturing, etc.
- Marketo Certification would be an advantage with 4-6 years of experience in coordinating Email Management.
- Act as Project manager/subject matter expert in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, and Marketo platform usage for the team to implement the tool across the regions
- Awareness of scripts to co-ordinate between technical teams and Marketo API
- Experience in updating Marketo Templates, creating reusable Marketo landing page templates would be an advantage
- Be proficient in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
Experience:
- Experience in coordinating tasks between various teams.
- Minimum 6+ years of corporate experience with at least 4+ years of Project Management/Coordination
Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute against stakeholders requirements
Experience in project coordination with strong organizational skills, would be required to support a PM on the following tasks;
Monitor/report Project Triple constraints - Time, Cost & Scope; to ensure completion of project deliverables.
Coordinate project meetings - produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project documentation, updates, status reports, project modifications, key deliverables and approvals for project stakeholders and task owners
Coordinate project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule.
Ensure that tasks are tracked as per committed deadlines.
Identify risks to SLA-adherence and escalate to relevant stakeholders in advance
