We support more than 1.5 million people across thousands of customers spanning 180+ countries around the globe.The Director, Nurture Marketing owns all of the programs, campaigns and strategies that contribute to driving interest with existing leads and making it necessary for them to evaluate Replicon. In this role, the successful candidate will serve as an integral member of the Growth Team, owning Middle of Funnel (Nurture, Sales Development, Customer Marketing) teams. The ideal candidate would have experience in building and scaling nurture programs in a B2B model, using data to drive strategy, and is someone who thrives in driving diverse, cross-functional teams to results.This person will be collaborating closely with counterparts in our Silicon Valley, USA office including our Senior Executive Team.We have:

You have:
  • 15+ years experience with at least 5+ years in a leadership role as a leader of Nurturing Specialization being responsible for handling all inbound traffic, converting that traffic into new leads.
  • Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy.
  • Experience with B2B enterprise, Software as a Service / Cloud-based products and professional services.
  • Proven ability to design and execute high performance, integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working well cross-functionally with teams in e-commerce, product marketing, IT, etc.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to perform in fast-paced and high-energy environment
  • Ability to craft strategy and roadmap in concert with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail balanced by an ability to see the big picture.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

What youll do:
  • Ensure execution of corporate Middle of Funnel roadmap. Emphasis on execution with a minor in strategic improvements
  • Strategic understanding of Middle of Funnel channels to identify improvements and efficiency of existing processes
  • Designing and implementing the email and nurture programs for pre-lead, lead/opportunity acceleration, and lead/opportunity re-activation.
  • Provide analysis of each Middle of Funnel channels to identify and understand changes that drop/increase quality and quantity within each funnel
  • Ensure continuity and growth of each Middle of Funnel team by hiring, training, mentoring, reviewing, and leading
  • Create and manage nurture streams across email, digital, and direct mail that progress leads through various sales stages of the buyer's life cycle from awareness to selection
  • Partner closely with their marketing operations team to set up and document lead nurturing processes
  • Develop and maintain nurture reporting methodology, reports and dashboards, including performance metrics for nurture tracks and KPIs for overall program performance
