ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :
- Maintenance and upkeep of existing IT infrastructure
- IT infrastructure upgrade for operational efficiency improvement
- Remote IT asset management and productivity management
- Hardware maintenance related issues handling.
- Help in development of standard procedures for IT Management.
- Remote firewall setting
- Management of SaaS applications
- Managing IT purchase
- Managing inventory
- Vendor management
- Extend IT support to Head office and PEO employees
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced technical administration is critical
- English Communication has to be good
