- Gifts for Employees and Client
- Sharing wishes on the festival by email
- Training Activities
- Virtual Birthday celebration
- Employee queries, grievance resolution and hand holding
- Employee onboarding/ offboarding
Attendance, Leave, Management
- Attendance Management in self-service portal
- Leave Management in self-service portal
- Handling Employees queries
General
- Employee policy formation and review
- Setting up different processes
- Any other tasks which might come up as a new requirement
- Feedback to management and HR team from time to time
Qualification : BE/B Tech
Experience Required :
1 to 5 Year
