Trainee - Paint Shop

Job Description:

1. Monitoring CQI 12 compliance and documentation
2. Inspection using customer standards, Issues the relevant Quality Records as and when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
3. Control of storage and certification of paint related consumables.
4. Perform qualifications of coating processes.
5. Check surface preparation. Checks and records atmospheric conditions prior to starting of painting operations.
6. Verifies the correct colour painting. Performs visuals inspections.
