- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 year of successful software sales experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Understand clients' unique needs and challenges and propose customized software solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Lead negotiations, develop pricing strategies, and overcome objections to secure sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
