Who you are:
- 3 years in client acquisition, preferably in software domain
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in gathering and analysing first-person, human intelligence
- Go-getting attitude & passion for Business Development and Client Onboarding
- Should have a proven track record of driving sales growth and establishing a strong business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Provide training sessions and resources to clients, enabling them to maximize the value of our offerings.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Identify and resolve any onboarding-related issues or challenges, collaborating with relevant teams.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve the onboarding process and overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client onboarding activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Refrens.com, the leading business operating system, has established itself as a go-to platform for freelancers, agencies, and small businesses worldwide.
