  • 3 years in client acquisition, preferably in software domain
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in gathering and analysing first-person, human intelligence
  • Go-getting attitude & passion for Business Development and Client Onboarding
    • Should have a proven track record of driving sales growth and establishing a strong business growth.
Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
  • Provide training sessions and resources to clients, enabling them to maximize the value of our offerings.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Identify and resolve any onboarding-related issues or challenges, collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve the onboarding process and overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client onboarding activities and client interactions using CRM software.
