Job Summary
  • Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project.
  • Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.
  • Manage testing team and their career path
  • Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
  • Assign task to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project.
    6. Identify, Prepare and Review test plans, test scenarios and test cases.
  • Test execution.
  • Reporting of defects.
  • Preparation of test reports.
  • Build release best practices.
  • Collaborate with onsite team members.
  • Responsible for impact analysis and streamline regression cases.
  • Taking ownership and work on minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in handling project planning, tracking and management activities.
  • Quick Learner.
  • Plan, track, monitor and control multiple small to medium projects for the same customer and be a single point of contact for the same
  • Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in Agile methodology.

Certifications Required(If Any)

    • ISTQB Certification
Experience Required :

6 to 8 Years
