BRIEF DESCRIPTION

We are looking for 5 to 7 years of experienced Quality Assurance Support

Job Description

    • Looking for an experienced Quality Assurance person with strong background in Software Quality Assurance activies and Internal Audits.
    • As a Senior SQA, you wil be engaged in process definition initiatives, SDLC deliverables reviews, Root cause-analysis and Corrective Action, Defect Analysis, Metric collection and analysis and various audits and reviews.

Responsibilities

    • Guide the project teams and support departments in adhering to the organizational procedures and practices.
    • Conduct various audits/reviews like Internal Audit, SDLC Work Product reviews, Configuration Audit on a periodic basis.
    • Follow up on NCs and track them to closure.
    • Help project/department teams in carrying out root cause analysis for defects/gaps and suggest preventive measure.
    • Collect, Validate, analyze and report organization metrics across projects and departments and create performance baselines.
    • Drive organization initiatives, quality methodologies and best practices across various projects and departments
    • Facilitate Projects/departments in identifying and tracking Risks and Issues
    • Participate in project initiation meetings, retrospective meetings, risk/issue management meetings and project closure meetings.
    • Assist with training of quality/information security awareness

Secondary Skills (If any)

    • Good Team player, Interpersonal and Problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and presentation skills
    • Working knowledge in tools GitHub, JIRA, Redmine, Trello, Basecamp etc.

Certifications Required(If Any)

    • Prefer Internal auditor certified (QMS)
