Regional Business Manager Job in Refcoat Chemicals Pvt Ltd

The Regional Business Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing the sales process, from demand creation through post order support within the specified geographic region. The successful applicant must be committed to drive, motivate, and manage a team of manufacturer's representatives and distribution sales partners, and manage direct accounts in order to meet or exceed the company's sales goals.

Locations - Madhya Pradesh/ Rajasthan, Gujarat, Jharkhand / Chattisgarh / West Bengal

• Maintain improved productivity metrics and deliver high quality, breakdown free timely production as per plan
• Efficiently manage factory equipment
• Prioritize maintenance and repairs of company equipment
• Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates
• Initiate safety awareness measures to ensure accidents are averted

• The successful candidate must possess technical acumen to support product trials. A strong understanding of green sand systems is highly desirable.
• 3+ years of experience in the foundry industry.
• Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree or experience.
• Ability to communicate at technical levels to promote company's strategic products and to comprehend customer's needs and requirements.
• Excellent presentation, writing, and communications skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible with proven management skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word skills.
