• Maintain improved productivity metrics and deliver high quality, breakdown free timely production as per plan
• Efficiently manage factory equipment
• Prioritize maintenance and repairs of company equipment
• Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates
• Initiate safety awareness measures to ensure accidents are averted

• A strong understanding of foundry sand related equipment is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in the foundry industry.
• Diploma or ITI (Mechanical) graduates with experience in factory maintenance.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical components and its maintenance.
• Self-motivated and flexible with proven equipment maintenance skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Preference will be given to individuals located near Tumkur.
