Visual Designer Job in Recko Inc

We are looking for an exceptional Visual Designer who strives for perfection. As a designer at Recko you will work closely with the Product and marketing team to develop and create thoughtfully crafted, consistent and innovative visual experiences. Simultaneously, you will be helping to ensure each and every product we ship aligns without a Design System, and every deliverable aligns with our brand guideline.

With the proliferation of digital transactions over the past two decades, Enterprises, Banks and Financial institutions are finding it difficult to keep a track on the money flowing across their systems. With the Recko Platform, businesses can build, integrate and adapt innovative and complex financial use cases within the organization and across external payment ecosystems with agility, confidence and at scale. . Today, customer-obsessed brands such as Deliveroo, Meesho, Grofers, Dunzo, Acommerce, etc use Recko so their finance teams can optimize resources with automation and prioritize growth over repetitive and time-consuming tasks around day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

? You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand as the company evolves. You will contribute creative solutions to communicate complex ideas in compelling and effective digital and print formats.

? Create illustrations and infographics.

? Design, develop and maintain Brand Language and ensure it's consistency across products including website, slide decks, sales enablement collateral, case studies and print media.

? Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering,

Marketing and various Business teams to deliver amazing customer experiences.

? Design meaningful and engaging visuals for social media campaigns

? Employ best practices and standards to ensure design integrity in our digital

products.

Requirement:

? A strong user interface or visual design experience in designing web and mobile

solutions, marketing campaigns, emailers and social media collaterals.

? An eye for detail and obsession for pixel perfect design with an in-depth

understanding of basic elements of design including typography, colour, layout

and balance.

? Ability to conceptualise original ideas and bring them to reality in the form of

illustrations, icons and graphics that are crisp and visually engaging.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and visual.

Collaborate with all the teams to ensure a consistent brand perception.

? A positive and open-minded attitude with strong self-management skills and

ability to work independently, drive multiple projects at a time, and iterate quickly.

? Comprehensive experience and knowledge in graphic design tools like Adobe

Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketch.

Nice to have

? Experience with prototyping tools like Invision, Marvel or Principle.

? Motion graphics experience for the Web and video. (After Effects, Premiere Pro or

similar tools)
