Job Description: We are looking for a creative, talented, problem-solving Graphic / Visual designer to create innovative digital assets and videos that would be used in branding, marketing and sales globally. An ideal candidate should have creative vision and high aesthetics to create marketing collaterals that capture our brand and engage our audiences. This role involves working collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The candidate must be adept at juggling multiple projects, work closely with Junior/Senior designers, Creative head as well as Marketer to bring designs to fruition. Key Responsibilities Design & Develop concepts while maintaining a firm understanding of the business objectives and the life sciences industry. Ensure that the design is consistent with the brand strategy and.project goals/objectives so that key marketing themes and design are appropriately delivered to the intended audiences Contributes to the creative execution of marketing collaterals by helping to create the overall concept through brainstorming with the creative team Contributes creative ideas in a positive manner, so that the entire creative team can.optimize his/her creative and collaborative talents Ensures all collaterals meet the submission deadlines Communicates clearly (written and verbal) Monitors cultural trends to make sure designs are relevant, appropriate and applies industry standards and best practices to design Strong conceptual skills and the ability to take ownership Produce high-quality visual designs from concept to execution, including those for desktop, web, and mobile devices Convert complex information into graphics, charts, graphs, and other forms of data visualization Act as a brand steward Create videos from storyboard to production. Requirements 8+ years of visual design experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment 2+ years of Advertising / Creative Agency is required. B.A/M.A in Vis. Communication., Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related fields A passion for visual design, video editing, innovation, and teamwork Solid-foundation and instinctive ability to exercise good judgment in manipulating the formal elements of visual communication such as contrast, scale, color, pacing, and typography Advanced knowledge in Adobe CC - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and PowerPoint Presentation is must Working knowledge Figma, UI & UX Ability to work in HTML, CSS would be an added advantage.
