Job Summary
  • 1+ Year of experience
  • Reporting: Direct Reporting to Senior Functional Resource

    Principle Accountability:

    • HR/Establishment functions.
    • Employee On-Boarding, Induction & Orientation, Employee Data management, Attrition & Exit Management, HR Reports for various uses, etc.
    • Pre-joining Documentation
    • Follow up with the respective hires for the collection of the required documents
    • Coordination with different departments/stakeholders for the services
    • Coordination with BGV Vendor and keeping the follow-ups
    • On-Boarding/Joining formalities
    • File Preparation
    • Enrolling the new hire in the software
    • Bank Account Opening
    • Exit Formalities - NDA, Clearance/No Dues etc.

    • Understating of Employee life cycle

    Essential Requirement for fitment

    • Smart, energetic, good learning apatite, growth mindset.
    • An individual with a desire to learn the HR Processes and get trained to manage Operations
    • Strong execution skills, excellent communication skills
    • Strong process orientation
