Job Summary

Job Summary:

  • Monitor, track & assign work based on team member capabilities & skills
  • Communicate with internal team members on process changes & team performance
  • Maintain daily & monthly reports and timely communicate with all leaders & team
  • Prioritize work effectively in order to meet SLA
  • Work closely with Operations & Training teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
  • Anticipate and track operational as well as tactical risks and providing strategic solutions
  • Oversee and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
  • Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution
  • Manage career progression of team members
  • Collaborate with Global as well as Local support teams to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in an operations management position.
  • Strong Analytical skill
  • Superior communication and presentation skills

Location :

  • Goregaon East, Mumbai India

Schedule :

  • Full-Time

Shift Timing :

  • 2:00 pm 11:00 pm (Afternoon Shift Monday To Friday) including 1 Saturday working in a month
Experience Required :

Minimum 15 Years
