Job Summary

What You ll Do: Manage, lead, and grow a team of 10+ individual contributors. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure effective and efficient performance. Coach individual contributors to proactively engage clients to support and drive adoption and usage of specific products and features within the Phreesia solution, ensuring maximum business benefits for the client. Coach individual contributors to ensure regular account outreach, report generation, and effective client engagement. Ensure team is meeting expectations and meeting quarterly objectives and commitments. Facilitate team development via weekly 1:1s. Interact with leadership counterparts on the Product Support teams in North America What You ll Bring: Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science 7- 10 years of experience in technical support Good communication and willingness to solve the problems. Logical thinking aptitude Programming knowledge/experience is a plus. Experience of handling the team
