Job Summary
- Coordinate with SEPG team to get inputs for the process changes
- Provide support to modify process documents
- Conduct joint reviews with SEPG team to review the updated Process documents
- Plan for QMS release Conduct QMS Trainings Develop deployment Plan
- Help project teams on tailor the QMS Process
- Provide facilitation to Project Managers
- Provide deployment status to management
- Develop & Publish audit calendar
- Conduct Internal Audit Communicate audit status to teams & management
- Coordinate with project teams in creating PIID (Practice implementation Indicator description)
- Review PIIDs for all the appraisal projects
- Conduct Mock interviews to the teams
- Helps projects for the closure of pre appraisal
- Support organization in successful conduct of Final appraisal
