SQA Engineer - Manual/Automation:
Key Skills:
3 - 5 years experience as an SQA/QC Engineer (Manual/ Automation) with a strong technical background in BFSI domain (Preferably in Lending).
Significant experience in Software Testing Methodologies, Techniques, Tools and processes.
Strong experience in Advanced Java, Selenium, API Automation.
Implement new and maintain existing automation tests within selenium based framework.
Design and develop test automation scripts using open source, object-oriented programming based test framework to test web-based applications.
Execute automated test scripts and compare actual results with expected behavior.
Experience using Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
Collaborate with manual QA Engineers to author, execute, manage test cases and identify candidates for further automation and create library of test scripts.
Hands on experience in different testing types like Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Database, sanity etc.
Experience with SQL and ability to check data.
Experience working in an Agile SCRUM development environment.
Exposure to bug tracking and task management tools such as JIRA, QuickScrum.
Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and confident at troubleshooting and investigating the issues to obtain the root cause.
Able to work independently and minimal supervision.

Understand the Business / Functional Requirements.
Development & execution of automation test suites.
Providing test status to internal/ external stake holders.
Reporting of defects.
Preparation of test reports.
Drive testing efforts across the system: end-to-end, features and performance.
Track bugs to closure and keeping the bug repository up-to-date.
Verify fixed bugs and perform regression testing.
Communication within different teams for testing activities.
Quick learner and having ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure and be productive with new technologies.
