  • Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.
  • Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
  • Resolve all client queries or requests for products andserviceswithin the given timelines.
  • To be the face of the company to managecustomerqueries, complaints/requests
  • Leading Customer Service Team
