Job Summary Job Description

This is a task for an ingenious individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You'll be an integral part of every stage within the creative process, from conceptualization to client amends.

Experience 6-10 years in Motion Graphic Design and 2D animation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.
• Review and edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to reinforce motion graphics.
• Partner in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the project.
• Discover and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to make motion graphics.
• Collaborate with learning designers and other colleagues to best support larger media goals
• Take the initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions
• Create graphic templates for easy use by other team members and client teams
• Follow brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries
• Should have a high understanding of design sensibilities and aesthetics
• Should have good template design skills to create elearning and powerpoint templates.
• Animating models, backgrounds, sets, characters, objects, and the environment
• Creating the timing and pace of the movements of a character or object and ensuring they follow the soundtrack and audio requirements
• Building up accurate, detailed, frame-by-frame visuals storyboards
• Working based on stakeholder deadlines and meeting stakeholder commercial requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to grasp and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of an appropriate style
• Ability to unravel an array of challenges through visual design
• Must be ready to intermediate creative problems to reach the solution
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Must be a detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully. Internal control is of utmost important
