Client's Corporate Communications is seeking a qualified candidate to support in the Firm's internal communications efforts of Corporate Communications.
The resources will work closely with Client's Corporate Communications team to plan and prepare internal communications for the Firm across email, intranet and other internal communication channels. The resource will liaise with Client employees across business units.
Job Description
This is a full time temporary position beginning with immediate effect for a year, and the period can be extended depending on the requirement at the time and the performance of the candidate. The resource will provide general support including planning and drafting content for the various internal communications channels and will work out of Clien s Mumbai office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and solutions on day-to-day requirements to support India Firm Management and India Global Centre Management and other internal clients on internal communications strategies
- Strengthen employer branding (e.g. enhancing employee value proposition, workplace culture and values, employee content strategy)
- Create and publish regular India e-newsletters
- Coordinate communications among employee networks/committees, BUs and GICs and be the go-to person for day-to-day communications reviews
The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and personal qualities:
- Ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player with excellent project management and analytical skills
- Excellent English oral, written and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate
- Strong managerial, planning, and organizational skills; the ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines;
- Experience with coordinating and organizing events helpful.
- BA in related field and 3-5 years of work experience
- Proficient in MS Office, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
