Identify and prospect potential locations for EV charger deployment within the commercial real
estate sector, including large commercial buildings, corporate offices, commercial properties, hotels,
malls, parking lots, and facility management services.
Conduct thorough market research to understand the demand for EV charging infrastructure within ...the commercial real estate sector.
Present proposals and negotiate terms and agreements with property owners and stakeholders,
ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as project management and operations, to ensure a seamless
transition from location identification to installation, considering technical feasibility and other
requirements, such as state DISCOM etc.show more
