Job Summary
Work closely with key internal stakeholders to drive the 3rd party cruise supplier performance and profile including marketing, campaigns and communications, events and experiences, finance Maintain the supplier content on retail click, ensuring that the messages and content are updated and clear for the retail team Co-ordinate with the Retail Campaigns and Communications team to produce innovative and effective communications for in-house sales channels, linked to the agreed 3rd party cruise supplier strategy Gain a full understanding of the retail back office systems and processes to allow retail queries and supplier T&C s changes to be updated on an ongoing basis Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of client accounts Conduct regular client visits in accordance with the Account Value Proposition and initiate changes to ABB Product In conjunction with Commercial Manager, co-ordinate execution of Digital Partnership Strategy with key partners in mind (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr ) Responsible for managing calendar, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and troubleshooting as necessary, preparing expense reports Setting up, maintaining files and general correspondence Development of complicated slides and presentations
Experience Required :
