Job Summary

Creating the region s BD plan in line with the national-level BD plan and overseeing its implementation
Projecting the region s sales targets by evaluating the past performance, market conditions, etc. Monitoring performance with targets and competition, and taking corrective measures in case of deviations
Understanding the product and market dynamics, and accordingly realigning marketing strategies
Ensuring tie-ups with market associations and trade bodies
Building relationships with large local brokers and physical market players to increase volumes
