  • Expertise in handling planning, resource utilization & manpower management.
  • Expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man-days, production cost, raw materials and energy consumption.
  • Rich Experience in Latest Manufacturing techniques. 5S/Kaizen& LEAN concepts
  • Overall Responsibility of P&L
i) Achieving Annual Operating Plan HZW

ii) Budget Top line /Bottom line

  • DSO
  • Safety Health and Environment ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 (IMS) Implementation
  • Statutory Compliances (CFO)
  • Liaoning with MPPCB, CPCB & MOEF
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  • Oversee the Plant Operations
  • Overlook the Plant Operations
  • Environmental/Regulatory compliances
  • MIS Reports to HO on time
  • Monthly Meetings & Presentations for Top Management
  • New Business Development.
  • Team Management

Qualification & Experience :


BE/B.Tech with Minimum 15-30 Years of experience in Plant Management, Financial Management, Marketing, Shop Floor Operations, Quality Assurance, Planning & Production in the Automobile/ Engineering/Consumer Durables/Glass/Hazardous Waste Management industries


Experience Required :

9 to 14 Years
