What we re looking for: We are seeking an experienced, self-starting, and biased-towards-action Project Manager to become a key player for the team. This individual will identify and run cross-team initiatives, and provide critical insights that will drive the strategic performance of the operating unit. The Program Manager will work closely with every function of the Company including Sales, Product, Analytics, and Finance, among others. The ideal candidate is both a competent doer and a regimented taskmaster with a high capacity for growth and an ability to adapt and move fast. What you ll do: Work with business teams to provide end to end solutions Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation Identify resource requirements, efficient capacity planning Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required Resource management skills and ability to handle complex / sensitive issues Encourage team interaction, boost employee motivation and appreciate team contribution Ability to match project tasks with opportunities for development so that employee potential is utilized to the maximum Establish and implement training processes and strategies for the team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical roadblocks and contribute to continuous improvement Identify opportunities for improving the products or services Must-haves: Understand end to end business problems and translate them into technical solutions Must have managed projects end to end following waterfall or agile methodologies. Knowledge of agile and kanban is a must Extensive experience in software product/service engineering, maintenance, deployment, and integration. Ability to design and end to end product independently Strong technical skills in Core Java, OOPS, Design patterns Advanced proficiency in programming languages and coding, such as Java and JavaScript Being able to review other engineers work output and provide constructive feedback for the betterment of the solutions Should have managed a team of 40+ members and willingness to handle larger teams Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Good academic qualification preferred
