As our new digital marketing content specialist, you will be a partner for our internal digital team focusing on creating digital content to be consumed by both internal and external stakeholders.
The Digital Development Centre is our inhouse centre for automation and development of engineering tools and services. Our mission is to digitalise and automate our engineering processes, freeing and enabling our engineers and consultants to focus even more on bringing value and sustainable solutions to our clients. We focus on the areas of Computational Design, API Development and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). Digital Development Centre is a subordinate of Group Digital & Innovation and co-located with Ramboll Engineering Centre (REC) in Gurugram, India. The team has stakeholders and clients worldwide in a vast range of markets and services.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Manage the process of creating Marketing content for digital channels (including web, email, app and social), ensuring that communication meets the brief and is consistent with tone of voice and brand identity.
Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) to produce well-researched content for publication online and in print
Create content in the form of videos, 3D, flyers to promote our products/services
Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Responsible for creating, reviewing content assets, producing pages and publishing on Ramboll owned digital channels preferable SharePoint
Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximise impact
Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
Monitor and analyse the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for adoption and scaling of digital products
Use search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies in writing to maximise the online visibility of a website in search results
Collaborate with product and design teams for initial drafts and content on the product and services

Organise writing schedules to complete drafts of content of finished projects within deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication
Good time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Proficiency in adobe suites and other visual design softwares
Knowledge of digital content strategy, content marketing, and digital marketing channels.
Basic HTML knowledge and hands-on experience with visual HTML tools such as Dreamweaver required.
Graphics production with Photoshop and Fireworks required.
Must have excellent attention to detail, and adapt well to working on large teams with varied goals
