Job Summary
Job Description:
Salary : 4 - 7 Lac P.A.
Qualification : MBA in HR
Prerequisites:
- MBA in HR
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Should have at least 5 years of experience as HR Manager
- Should possess strong communication skills
Roles and Accountabilities:
- Developing and executing HR strategies
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff
- Sustaining a smooth onboarding process
- Training, counselling and coaching the staff
- Maintaining work culture and work record
- Payroll Management
- Conducting performance and emolument reviews
- Handling disciplinary and termination procedures
- Updating internal HR database, such as leave records
- Preparing and amending necessary documents like employee contracts and recruitment guides
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
