Background check, Joining/Exit formalities, Attendance record and payroll management, Conducting Induction/Orientation of new joiners, etc.All HR related activities: Verify & maintaining employees personal records, Issuing Letters, Replying to emails, ID cards, Preparing agreements,
Employee relation & communication: Point of contact in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Responsible for maintaining company data and files.
HR policy development and documentation in-line with the company's corporate vision.
Managing social media profiles and Recruitment marketing.
Employee welfare planning and team activities.
Printing work Business card, letterheads, t -shirt, diaries and other office requirements.
Internal meeting -MOM and Implementations of guidelines related to admin and facility.
Manage daily administrative tasks and coordination between teams.
Point of contact for visitors in the company office.
