The Role: Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in unlocking the value of Qventus' data. You'll work closely with various teams to analyze data, design visualizations, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and scale Qventus' analytics products.
  • Design intuitive dashboards and reports for non-technical users.
  • Analyze data to assess product effectiveness and client impact.
  • Deliver client-specific analytics to support the Delivery team.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the analytics platform.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) data.
  • Proven ability to design user-friendly data visualizations.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling.
  • A curious mind and a passion for data-driven decision making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DBT, Looker, LookML, and modern data warehouses (Snowflake).
  • Advanced degree in statistics, economics, or a quantitative field.

Additional Information:

  • This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work from the NCR/Noida office for at least 3 days a week. The role also requires working some US-based hours that can extend to 12:30 AM IST.
