Recruiting Function: Content Execution & Delivery The Content Execution & Delivery (CED) function in QuoDeck works towards designing, developing, and executing game-based eLearning content and videos for external clients as well as QuoDeck s own repository of ready content. CED works closely with other teams in areas such as sales and key account management. The function s focus is to deliver creative, innovative, understandable, and engaging learning content, while following a set of streamlined processes that reduce time to delivery, as well as assure quality. The CED team manages the delivery process from end-to-end, and encompasses concept design, storyboarding, media authoring, graphic design, media integration & quality assurance. CED represents QuoDeck in its interactions with clients and partners. It is a custodian of the QuoDeck Brand and plays a major role in customer engagement and customer experience management. Position: Intern Storyboarders/Storytellers Brief QuoDeck is offering a 3-month internship with its CED team, during which interns will work on various aspects of the CED process. Through this process which is similar to an on-thejob training , interns will be trained in the QuoDeck methodology of storyboarding and processes. At the end of the internship period, QuoDeck will, based on the performance of the intern, possibly make a full-time position offer to selected interns. We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals with excellent English written skills, the willingness to learn and an ability to create stories. A working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and attention to detail is a must. To be successful in this role, you should be able to understand client requirements, structure and flow content accordingly, and explain and defend your storyboards. You need to demonstrate your eagerness to learn and creativity and have the discipline to follow processes.
