Job Summary

As a Product Manager, you will use your skills to develop and grow this technology enabled product and make it world class.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design & development of Web & Android based tech products from user journey mapping to product release for various products.
  • Work closely with Solution Architect for building a human-centered design for products.
  • Manage the whole development lifecycle(UI design, tech development, UAT and product release).
  • Oversee testing of the product in the field along with the user research team to assess the fit.
  • Hold timelines, production processes and documentation and ensure deliverables are met on time with maximum perfection.
  • Training and transfer of the product understanding to the program team including Training of teams, trainers and the larger ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of past product development & software engineering experience (must-have), preferably experience in project management and technology roadmap development.
  • Proven understanding across the entire technology product development pipeline(need-gathering, UI/UX, testing and refinement) with expertise in building web and mobile applications.
  • Experience in key technologies for full-stack development multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery), back-end languages (e.g. PHP) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js), databases (e.g. MySQL), web servers (AWS).
  • Skills to document processes and systems in a simple manner using information management skills.
  • Ability to convert user feedback into insights which is then used to inform product design and strategy.
  • Can learn new things quickly and can do tech based tinkering. Bring in the attitude of problem solving.
  • Enjoys working independently with little oversight.
  • Mindset of collaboration to enable work with cross-functional teams inside and outside of Quest.
