Job Summary About the Role As a Senior Product Manager for Lite Connectors and Developer Productivity, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Lite connectors portfolio while building tools and features that dramatically enhance developer productivity, including using AI for building connectors. This is a full-time position based out of our Bengaluru office. What You ll Do Prioritizing the roadmap, with a good balance between new connectors, managing process/technical debt and features for existing connectors Lead the planning, scheduling, and tracking of connector request timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and techniques. Partner & Lead cross functional teams with key stakeholders across various functions to execute the roadmap Establish and oversee the tracking of health metrics, ensuring that our connectors remain well aligned to customer requirements & Fivetran principles. Use data-driven insights to make prioritization decisions, recommend initiatives, and to report on the health and success of various projects and initiatives. Contribute to process efficiency and scaling of Fivetran s SaaS Connectors You will play a key role in the growing and adoption of Fivetran's SaaS Connector Portfolio Skills We re Looking For 7+ years experience as a product manager, technical product manager, or a related role. An adaptable style, with an ability to work through ambiguity. Solid SQL & API knowledge Amazing at working with customers & other stakeholders Adept at prioritizing major initiatives, balancing the demands between near-term alignment to changes in the business and long-term scalability. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic priorities. Experience in performing in-depth analysis and research to identify opportunities for process improvements. Ability to translate complex details into clear, concise requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies, with a strong track record of shipping products that exceed user expectations. Demonstrated use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products & processes. A deep sense of empathy for the customer, ensuring that all solutions are customer-focused and deliver significant value.
