Engineer Rotary & Package Job in Quanta Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Engineering Datasheets for equipment
• Preparation of RFQ for Rotary and package item
• Prime Responsibilities (Project Specific)
• Reviews Client s documents / contract requirements for proper understanding of requirements for project execution
• Assist Lead Engineer in development of rotating equipment selection and design concepts and ensure proper application and execution (for Pumps, Compressors, Turbines & other Packages).
• Prepare all key deliverables for Rotating Equipment s and Packages.
• Performs discipline check and Inter-discipline check of documents. Ensures that the required integrity and quality of the work is maintained.
• Carry out technical bid evaluations, clarifications to ensure vendor compliance with material requisitions
• Provide technical assistance/troubleshooting assistance in resolving rotating equipment design, operation, and maintenance problems.
• Ensure uniformity and standardization compatibility at optimum levels in design and engineering all phases of the project and update company specifications by incorporating lessons learned.

Support Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Engineer to create, develop, and review work-scopes for projects and other engineering activities.
• Maintains proper record of documentation to ease quick retrieval.
• Participate in schedule and planning engineering activities related to project, proposal etc.
• Continuous improvement in design tools, efficiencies, and overall quality of deliverables
• Utilize reliability tools such as failure evaluations, Root Cause Analysis, and Cost analysis to improve reliability of rotating equipment systems.
• Develop, update, and monitor schedules for in-house engineering activities.
• Maintains and exhibits excellent working relationships with all Crescent staff.

Requirements

Qualifications andExperience:

• Experience: Min 2-5 years
• BE/ME Mechanical from recognized university & throughout 1st class

Key Skills:

• Experience to AutoCAD software
• Knowledge of various Industry Codes and Standards
• Should be familiar with codes and standards of ASME, API and ANSI
• Should have knowledge of API 610, ISO 5199, ANSI B73.1 for centrifugal pumps and API 675 for Positive displacement-controlled volume pump.
• Should have knowledge of following equipment s/packages : Air Compressor, Air dryer, cooling tower, chiller unit-VCM & VAM, Vacuum systems-Ejectors & vacuum pumps, Thermic fluid heater, Pressure sand filters, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal & written English
• Good networking skills
• Must have good convincing power
