Description

We invite you to be part of motivated and agile Qualys engineering team responsible for developing high-end Cloud based Security Solutions. This opening is your chance to work in the rapidly expanding field of computer security, in a company with excellent customer ratings and outstanding growth rates.

What will you do?

  • You would participate in discussions with key stakeholders to define the scope and further roadmap for ServiceNow integrations.
  • You would implement the features identified in those discussions, and unit test them (manually or using Automated Testing Framework).
  • You would participate in app certification process, and make sure the app meets all the certification requirements.
  • You would interact with the internal product owners in suggesting improvements to the product data models, flows and APIs to improve user experience.
  • You would provide your expertise on all technical aspects related to development on Servicenow platform.
  • You would help the support team to solve customer issues with Servicenow integrations, at times getting on call with customers.

  • Love playing with APIs.
  • Have 3+ years experience developing ServiceNow scoped apps.
    • Extended ServiceNow schema.
    • Worked with business rules, script includes, UI actions, scheduled jobs, transform maps, Identify & Reconcile framework.
    • Customized ServiceNow UI pages, UI macros.
    • Worked with Service Portal.
    • Worked with workflows.
    • Developed new APIs on Servicenow.
  • Understand configuration management and CMDB, ITSM and ITIL.
  • Have experience with XML, JSON, RESTful APIs, SOAP-based web services, AJAX.
  • Can work independently as well as team member.
  • Can handle multiple priorities in fast moving environment.
