Qualys is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst who will assist with sales operations process and sales effectiveness as well as sales training and onboarding. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT.

Responsibilities

* Salesforce.com administration including customer administration, opportunity management, and end user experience; assist sales team with quotes, appropriate revenue review requirements, territory assignments, commissions, and quota setting and adjustments; ensure standards for Salesforce.com and integrated system data quality (load, data hygiene, data integration)

* Work closely with leadership and sales team to identify systems, data or process needs that can drive revenue growth; streamline sales process; develop sales training materials to effectively onboard new hires and train the existing sales team; generate and maintain detailed documentation of other policies and processes; provide detailed weekly report of TAM support or change requests to management

* Directly responsible for new and existing sales reporting including dashboard development on Salesforce.com; work with FP&A to maintain data integrity across systems and performs sales and pipeline analysis

* Work with marketing and sales on lead generation process

Minimum Requirements

* 2+ years of experience having managed Salesforce.com and surrounding business processes such as forecasting, territory and quota setting, and data management. Must have technical depth with Salesforce.com

* Bachelors degree required

* Extremely detail-oriented and organized with prior experience having gathered, structured, monitored, and validated data to ensure data integrity and detailed documentation; has developed a habit of checking the accuracy of data and analysis several times over before submitting for review

* Excellent multi-tasker who is always on it with stellar time and project management skills; understands the importance of planning in advance to meet deadlines that include multiple review points and iterations

* Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email and phone communications
