Job Summary

Job Requirements :- This role is part of the Global Order Management team under Revenue Operations function and the primary objective of this role is to ensure accuracy and compliance in the global order bookings process. Well versed with Deal desk / O2C process attributes and Lead to Cash lifecycle, primarily for an Enterprise Software as a Service organization Understanding of opportunity, recurring revenue, bookings & renewals process Should be able to identify & analyze process gaps and completely own quality checks of the global order management process Monitor existing check reports and ensure necessary corrective steps are taken to be compliant with the rules of engagement Should flag inconsistencies in the CRM / tools to maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast Strong communications skills : Should be able to independently interact with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product , Legal & Finance teams; also effectively communicate and highlight process gaps to internal team members Technical Skills :- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations / Order Management Process Should have hands on experience on developing reports & dashboards in SFDC Lightning (MUST HAVE) Familiar with Opportunities , Products, Accounts & Contract Objects in SFDC (MUST HAVE) Knowledge of Sales Pipeline stages, Opportunity life cycle is preferred Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheet skills (MUST HAVE)
