The data analyst will act as a go to person for all dashboarding questions and future data warehousing roadmap
The data analyst will maintain in-depth knowledge of the tool and all the new features as they become available.
The data analyst is responsible for doing ad-hoc analysis on large sets of data and provide results/findings to the business owners or management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare strategies for the data analysis and Collecting and interpreting data
  • Analyzing results
  • Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
  • Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
  • Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
  • Defining new data collection and analysis processes
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in salesforce Analytics Cloud Platform for all business units
  • Develop apps, datasets, data recipes, and dashboards using SalesForce and non-SalesForce data Sources
  • Work on different Einstein suite tools for data analysis like Einstein discovery
  • Work on different dashboarding & data analysis POC & implementation as per need
    Support ad-hoc dashboard requests to provide insights to various teams
    Analyze large volumes of data using various tools like Salesforce Einstein Analytics, R, Python etc.


Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in data modeling and visualizations
  • Passion for data, reporting, and Visualization
  • Ability to analyze large datasets
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics is good to have
  • Understands the sales & support processes
  • Understand the salesforce objects and relationships
  • Experience of writing SOQL queries
  • Experience with scripting tools like Python, JavaSript, JSON etc
  • Experience with visualization like Tableau, Qlik or similar tools
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player, comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal ability to communicate ideas through data
  • Bachelors Degree from a 4-year college/university with a relevant degree
