Job Summary
Skill sets: Experience: 5- 7 years 5+ years of experience in Middleware application support. In-depth knowledge of the Middleware deployment process, CI / CD frameworks, Error handling & troubleshooting mechanism. Experience in any scripting language will be an added advantage. Clear understanding of L2/L3 and the production support process of defect fixes. Good knowledge on effort estimation, ticket management, Operations procedure, Run Book Maintenance, Learning repository creation ITIL certified TIBCO , DELL BOOMI ,MULESOFT Support Experienced .(not mandatory) Ready to work in 24*7 rotational shifts Excellent communication skills Prior experience of interacting with US customers on a daily basis
