Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implementation of CRM Application
  • Testing of the Software based on Requirements
  • Prepare business requirements document by interacting with business users
  • End user training during solution implementation.
  • Complete SDLC including programming for CRM application and its associated interfaces to enterprise transaction systems.
  • Data cohort creation (sql query)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Sound technical knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience in CRM Integration and implementing CRM Application in Healthcare domain.
  • Understand the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK
  • Design, create and configure Solutions
  • Design and develop modifications or extensions to standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Design, create and configure relationships between entities
  • Create and configure Views, Charts, Forms, Dashboards for both system and custom entities
  • Create and implement custom workflows and plugins
  • Support the migration of different data sources
  • Audit data for cleanliness and process improvements

Skill Sets


  • Microsoft Visual Studio, Dynamics-specific development tools (e.g. Teams, Power BI, Power Apps)
  • .NET, ASP.NET, C#, XML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AngularJS, Web Services, WCF, SSIS, SSRS
  • Database Skills: SQL server
  • Considered as a plus:
  • Applicable Microsoft Dynamics certifications
  • Experience with Agile methodologies


This position works 6days in week and can be based out at Hyderabad office.

Education-

UG:Any Graduate

5 to 10 Years
