Job Summary

Assisting Sourcing Manager with Administrative Support (Mumbai and Bangalore)Responsibilities include -Prime Coordinator with External and Internal DB Clients on the requirements across India.Post Negotiations ensuring Contract Closures.Maintaining Vendor Details and ensuring up to date information on the same.Updating Bulletin BoardReleasing Purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and following up with accounts payable (Controlling) for payments.Record Management and Filing of Documents from the audit Perspective.Ensuring Right approvals and authorization of signing and payments within signing limits.Align New Vendors to DB processesCoordinating with regional colleagues ensuring rights standards are met at all times. Regular Updates on issues and Business Concerns with Sourcing Manager.Collecting MIS from Vendors and reporting to the region on quarterly basis.Quarterly measuring vendor and providing feedback to the sourcing manager Monthly transaction and processing reporting on managed commodities

Minimum Requirements

Good Communication skillsGraduate/ Post Graduate4 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with Financial Institution or BPO

Qualification

BCA, B.B.A, B.Com

Experience Required :

4 to 5 Years
