Job Summary

This role is ideal for candidates who can commit to intense learning and field activity, and enjoy travelling, and troubleshooting complex problems.

Selected candidates must be willing to relocate to our offices in Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore.

Education and Experience

  • 2-3 years of work experience in similar positions/freshers can apply for entry-level positions.
  • Relevant technical certifications will be given preference

Experience in the following technologies:

  • Basic administration skills (Windows Server 2012 R2 & Windows Server 2016)
  • Windows Server roles configuration and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting of AD, DNS, DHCP, and Outlook
  • O365/ADFS Administration & troubleshooting skills including PowerShell
  • Knowledge on Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online, SFB Online, and ODFB configuration
  • SharePoint Online Administration skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies

  • Up to date with current cloud technologies

Interface/Communication

  • Willing to travel extensively on the field
  • Must be accomplished in making presentations
  • Uses CRM tools to update daily activities
