Job Summary

The Lead - Digital Direct Account Manager is responsible for managing and leading a team of Inside Sales Account Managers to achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a territory using telephone, web meeting and email interactions.

This role is ideal for experienced, senior candidates who have a flair for managing people, and are able to guide, motivate and empower their teams to exceed expectations in terms of revenue and customer experience.

Education and Experience

3+ years of work experience in similar positions

Relevant sales or technical certifications will be given preference

Prior experience in a people management role is essential

Success Factors

Team quota management - consistent achievement of team sales quotas and ability to motivate and guide team to achieve sales targets.

Resources Management - The ability to develop and engage a virtual sales team to win opportunities

Uses web, telephone & other IT tools to remotely interface with customers to present Quadra value to key decision makers.

Effective co-ordination with field sales and marketing teams

Responsible for driving team success and growing team strength

Increase Quadra's brand visibility

Through web meeting experiences, develop best practices for collaboration, resource virtualization and productivity

Problem solving skills

Works independently, proactively to avoid and resolve issues.
