Job Summary

Experience, Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1.5 years experience in handling the front office and Cash management (Healthcare industry), any HSC/Graduate

  • To answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • To politely greet, direct and assist customers
  • To coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
  • To schedule appointments; rearrange the appointments as per the exigencies
  • To register patients in the system
  • To ensure internal matters are not openly discussed in the premises and instead should be escalated to the Centre / Floor Manager for resolution
  • To understand the package/prescription of referring Doctor and log in right tests
  • To correctly register clients without any errors
  • To seek clarifications regarding Tests
  • To ensure Cash Handling & Credit Billing
  • To ensure zero leakage of cash collection
  • To ensure Creation/Checking of Bills in case of credit parties
  • To be responsible for filing of Credit bills along with Credit letter
  • To be responsible for receipt of Cash / Credit Payment
  • Ensure every patient completes 3 appointments in a week (except in cases where prescribed otherwise)
  • Reducing Cancellations and No-Shows through confirmation calls, rescheduling of appointments, follow-up calls, sms , patient engagement
  • Greeting/ hospitality with patients; Making conversations with patients to enable them get comfortable in the clinic
  • Share the Google Review link when the patient is in the clinic and politely get them to fill it
  • Approach happy patients (in-process/ discharged) to refer more patients
  • Ensuring the up-keep of the clinic (Cleanliness, basic hygiene); Housekeeping staff must be well- trained

Qualification :
HSC/Graduate
