Job Description for Advertising Purposes
To work on the development and maintenance of Windchill, using Java technologies. The candidate must have good knowledge of basic and advanced Java and have good familiarity with server and client side development. Candidate will have good SQL and query tuning knowledge. Hands on experience with advanced java programming (e.g. thread programming, caching) is required.
Develops and implements 3-tier software applications. Supports and/or installs software applications. Responsible for development, maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Participates in the testing process through definition and creation of unit test suites, test plan review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Typically requires 2-4 years of experience including a demonstrated ability to complete assignments with high quality and on time. Has experience with concepts, practices, and procedures commonly used within the software development field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Follows disciplined software development practices in Agile Environment.
