Job Summary

Overall IT experience around 4 years out of which at least 1 year full lifecycle experience in SAP Success Factors implementation role.


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Team working (onsite/offshore teams).
  • SF troubleshooting skills.
  • Conversant with SAP Support model and process.
  • Conversant with SAP Success Factors quarterly release management updates.

Desirable skills:

  • Integration support skills between SF and SAP
  • Knowledge/experience of SAP HCM & Payroll
  • Employee Central
  • SF Compensation Management

Technical/Functional Skills and Expectations:-SAP Success Factors certification is required in atleast 1 module.


Work Experience Required:- 4 -10 years


Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Experience in Support & Maintenance of HCM & Successfactors Projects for Clients.
  • Must be able to translate Client business rules to Technical Business requirement
  • Must poses strong analytical skills.
  • Hands on Configuration experience
  • Experience Defining,Implementing, Supporting & Testing Business Processes.
  • Experience with data migration & data management activities in SF.


Qualification :
Any Graduate in Any Specialization, Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization

4 to 9 Years
