Job Description:-
- Making outbond phone calls (80-100 calls daily) on leads provided by the reporting manager.
- Identifying & analyzing clients requirements and guiding them about the property.
- Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business
- Making appointments and showing around them property.
- Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Adhering to processes and quality standards.
- Arranging site visits by taking the appointments with clients to achieve their monthly targets .
- Real Estate experience is highly required.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
- Managing activities pertaning to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales.
