Job Description:-

  • Making outbond phone calls (80-100 calls daily) on leads provided by the reporting manager.
  • Identifying & analyzing clients requirements and guiding them about the property.
  • Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business
  • Making appointments and showing around them property.
  • Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
  • Adhering to processes and quality standards.
  • Arranging site visits by taking the appointments with clients to achieve their monthly targets .
  • Real Estate experience is highly required.
  • Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
  • Managing activities pertaning to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales.
Experience Required :

1 to 4 Year
