Job Summary We are looking for creatives who can visualize, build, and analyze solutions for real-world problems someone who is empathetic with users and can play the trick with the simplest solution in hand. We appreciate and love new approaches with adequate research in hand. As a UI/UX Designer in our team, you will be part of a fast-paced and forward-thinking team of like-minded designers with a passion for design and problem-solving.

A knack for design, aesthetics, usability, turning ideas and wireframes into awesome user interfaces ranging from landing pages, applications, and mobile apps. Together we will engineer and design good-looking, aesthetically pleasing, and functionally great applications that deliver a pleasant User Experience.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent.
  • 4-5 Years of work experience in solving complex user problems, creating wireframes(low- and high-fidelity), visual design and prototypes.
  • Have designed user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in the past.
  • Proficient in either Figma or Sketch. Preferred: Figma.
  • Have created and maintained design systems.
  • Ability to document user flows and UI guidelines for products.
  • Ability to translate a given user-experience journey into a visually great and intuitive UI with attention to the finest detail.
  • Capability to communicate with clients, present a strong rationale for design decisions and collaborate with the project team.
  • Have critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with other designers to maintain consistency and coherence across the designs.
  • Ability to accurately set, manage, and meet deadlines for self and team.
  • Someone with a 'here to help attitude, who believes that we re better together.
  • Someone who is keen and eager to learn by practice put forth ideas and loves the design as much as we do.
