We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer. The main job role requires passion for designing beautiful, intuitive experiences in complex, data-intensive web applications.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Solve complex interaction design problems and strive to create great customer experiences within our product offering.
• Work with researchers to translate data from usability studies into actionable and tangible user interface proposals.
• Work across teams to create UI storyboards, wireframes, and concept designs for data-rich applications.
• Work as a team with domain experts and software engineers to voice your designs, ideas, implementation considerations and possible bugs you ve spotted in new builds before they are client-facing.
• Work independently, prioritize and manage work to meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Constantly try out new interactive prototyping tools and make recommendations for taking the organization to the next level.
• Create high level wireframes of important task flows.
• Lead the design strategy of one or more of our web applications.
• Create low and high fidelity task flow mockups and prototypes while integrating feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
• Work with research, support, and engineering to create intuitive, intelligent, and beautiful products that are responsive to the needs of users in the public sector.

Skills Required:

• Fluent in Illustrator, Sketch, Balsamiq and / or Photoshop.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of current visual trends.
• Experience with data visualization.
• A proven track record of applying user-centered design processes and methods to product development in data-rich applications.
• A solid understanding of what it takes to create responsive web applications.
• Experience with Kendo UI and with designing interfaces for SQL databases is considered a plus.

Experience:

• Experience in designing UI for web and mobile Flair for usability and color schemes
• Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum development process
• Proven UI/UX experience

Educational Qualification:

A degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, HCI or other related field.
