Job Description Retail Sales We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service to our customers while promoting and selling our products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences. Provide product knowledge and information to customers. Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. ? Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products ?
